Definitions

(a) "Tenderer" means any person or persons partnership firm or company submitting a sum or sums in the Schedule of Prices in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, General Conditions of Contract, Particular Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Drawings and Schedule of Prices for the work contemplated, acting directly or through a legally appointed representative.

(b) "Approved tenderer" means the tenderer who is approved by the Employer.

(c) Any noun or adjective derived from the word "tender" shall be read and construed to mean the corresponding form of the noun or adjective "bid". Any conjugation of the verb “tender” shall be read and construed to mean the corresponding form of the verb "bid". 详见PDF文档！
